Recent highlights in our portfolio include the successful delivery of Knoll Creek in Summer 2022, followed by Puritan Mill in Summer 2023, The Haven at Wake in Fall 2024, and Pickens Corner in Fall 2025. We are proud to announce the second phase of Puritan Mill, slated for delivery in Fall of 2027.
