Stratus Development Group Announces New Build-to-Rent Townhome Development

ATHENS, GA – Stratus Development Group announces the approval of the “Township” build-to-rent community in Athens, GA. The community will consist of 83 rental townhome units with multiple three and four bedroom floor plan options with attached garages. The units feature high end finishes including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and hardwood plank flooring. A full amenity package will be provided including community green space with activity field, playground, clubhouse with fitness center, a game and equipment checkout station and co-working space.
