Stratus Development Group Sells 148-Bed Community Near Kennesaw State University

KENNESAW, GA — Stratus Development Group has sold The Haven at Kennesaw, a 148-bed student housing community located near Kennesaw State University.

The cottage-style property sold for $12.8 million to an undisclosed buyer. The community offers four- and five-bedroom units with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities include a swimming pool and sundeck, a clubhouse, business center, coffee bar and green space throughout the community.
