Two Tenants at The Shoppes at Rome Receive Top Honors in Carroll County Reader’s Choice Awards

May 2, 2026 – Carrollton, GA – Stratus Development Group is proud to announce that two tenants at the newly reimagined Shoppes at Rome, Shucker’s Oyster House and Sutton’s American Grill, have been recognized across multiple categories in Carroll County’s 2026 Reader’s Choice Awards.

Shucker’s Oyster House earned an impressive 20 nominations across 19 categories. From these, the restaurant secured 15 finalist recognitions and took home first place in five categories: Server, Bartender, Dinner, Ranch Dressing, and Seafood. This achievement displays the team’s commitment to exceptional service and high-quality dining.

Sutton’s American Grill was also honored, receiving recognition in six categories and earning first place in three: Slice of Pie, Bar or Restaurant for Live Entertainment, and Dessert. These awards reflect the restaurant’s vibrant atmosphere and standout menu offerings.
