Stratus Development Group announces the start of construction of The Haven at Wake, a student housing community in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Puritan Mill, located at 1120 Macon Highway, is a new 186-bedroom student housing project. Named in honor of the ruined mill that was on site until destroyed by fire, the community features the restored mill water tower and original mill pond complete with its famous waterfall.
